(DTI), a leading provider of technology solutions to the risk and insurance industry,
announced today the appointment of Al Schutte as DTI's Vice President of Product
Management, overseeing Development of new products at DTI. He will be responsible for the
development and launching of the OASIS Data Warehouse, OASIS Reinsurance, and OASIS
eServices Browser based components. In addition, he will help DTI to define its future
product directions.
Mr. Schutte has spent over 25 years in the insurance industry on both business operations
and systems development. As a Senior Vice President in charge of Commercial Systems at

spin-off from GAI, through an initial IPO process, and ultimately to its sale.
"Al's systems and operations experiences are both broad and deep; I wish we had known
him when we were starting out" said Sam Fang. "Al fulfills a key function at DTI
as our business matures and DTI needs to be more independent and self-reliant in defining
the product feature sets that would best serve our customer base, current and
future."
Mr. Schutte adds, "I am looking forward to working with a DTI team of dedicated and
talented developers. DTI's current suite of products provides a solid foundation for the
