2002) — Delphi Technology, Inc. (DTI), the leading provider of

Mutual Insurance of Maine (MMIC-ME) a leading writer of medical malpractice insurance, has
purchased DTI's OASIS Policy, Billing/Financial and Risk Management systems. MMIC was
previously using DTI's OASIS Claims system and has now purchased the entire OASIS suite.
Joelle Lummis, Vice President of Sales at DTI, states, "DTI is thrilled to have
expanded its relationship with MMIC-ME. MMIC-ME has been an excellent customer for us in
the past, and we look forward to working closely with them to implement the full OASIS
suite."
Domenic J. Restuccia, Chief Financial Officer at MMIC-ME adds, "For the past several
months, Medical Mutual has been looking at alternative underwriting systems to complement
our DTI claims component. We were first introduced to the OASIS Policy Management system
two years ago, when we implemented our claims system. At that time, significant
modifications would have been required for OASIS to meet our unique usage expectations.
Since our first exposure to OASIS, DTI has enhanced the policy component to the extent
that we will now be able to implement it with few modifications."
