2003) — Delphi Technology, Inc. (DTI), a leading provider of
technology solutions for the insurance industry, announces the release of the OASIS
Document Solution (ODS). The OASIS Document Solution allows for powerful, enterprise-class
reporting and delivery capabilities that are now being demanded by the insurance industry
as it struggles to handle the multiple forms and reports required to run a successful
business.
ODS is powered by Crystal Decisions™ technology. The solution was made possible by a
strategic OEM agreement to integrate Crystal Enterprise™ and Crystal ReportsŪ into
DTI’s OASIS offering. DTI will use ODS as a delivery and management product for
documents and reports. ODS will be used in conjunction with DTI’s OASIS Claims
Management and Policy Management systems. The solution will also provide a robust
reporting capability within DTI’s Data Warehouse offering.
In addition to the reporting functionality for which Crystal Decisions is known, ODS
offers users multiple report delivery options including access from the web via an image
or a link. Using ODS, users have the benefit of an easy-to-use web-based management and
scheduling tool for any Crystal Report. In addition, the offering forms the framework for
expanded customizable, reusable reports.
