Boston, Mass. (October
23, 2003) — Delphi Technology, Inc. (DTI), a leading provider
of technology solutions to the risk and insurance industry, announced today the promotion
of Robert Drake to Vice President of Sales. Mr. Drake has extensive experience in the
field of insurance automation and has been with DTI since 2001. As DTI’s Vice
President of Sales, Mr. Drake will be based in Cambridge, MA and will manage DTI’s
sales team throughout the country.
Prior to joining DTI, Mr. Drake served with KPMG Consulting as the firm’s
northeastern representative to the insurance industry. He has also worked with Allenbrook,
Inc. and McCracken Computer, Inc.
Mr. Drake said, “We at DTI are proud of our world class product set. My goal as Vice
President of Sales will be to bring an appreciation of our products to the greater
marketplace.”
Sam Fang, President of DTI, noted, “Bob has proven himself as a sales representative

Mr. Drake received his B.A. degree from DePauw University and earned an M.A. degree from
Harvard University. Prior to entering the business world, he served in the Peace Corps on
the island of Borneo.
