Krug, Farrell & Lensing (RMR) and Associated Adjusters International (AAI), two
divisions of BancorpSouth Insurance Services, Inc., announced today that the two
organizations have moved into full production on the browser-based version of the
FileHandler Claims System to support their Third Party Claims Administration and
Independent Adjusting businesses. "We have been using the Filehandler client-server system for eight years and have always considered it be a major contributor in our ability to provide our clients with the quality of detailed information that is needed for thorough analysis of their claims management program,” said Linda Collins, Chief Operating Officer of Risk Management Resources. “The new web based program is especially nice in that it allows us to further enhance our reporting capabilities and at the same time gain internal workflow efficiencies that are state of the art.
