The annual conference offered clients the ability to learn more about their Risk Management Information System (RMIS) and get additional "hands-on" training. Sessions took STARS clients through helpful tutorials presented by service representatives and product developers. New and experienced users alike found sessions geared to their skill level.

Clients had the opportunity to choose sessions from three categories or tracks: STARS 101, Risk Management, and Advanced/Technical. One attendee had this to say about the sessions: "The tracks were great! They were an excellent way to start thinking about what sessions to attend."

In addition to the valuable information available at the conference, STARS clients were given plenty of opportunity to network with other users and mix with STARS representatives. As always, Marsh STARS hosted a Client Appreciation event which was a celebration of food and fun that capped off the week’s accomplishments.

STARS clients provided plenty of positive feedback on the three-day event. The STARS team received many praiseworthy comments such as, "Congratulations on a job well done! The product and the conference continue to improve. You continue to listen to clients’ suggestions to make the conference even better." Planning has already begun for the 2000 conference where close to 500 attendees are expected.
