Pyramid for Windows is a full suite of integrated insurance applications including Call Center Solutions™, Claims Administration, Non-Occupational Disability, Medical Case Management, Medical Bill Review, Health Advisor System (HAS™), Policy Administration and HealthCare Benefits Administration. SSA-NAME3 offers fuzzy identity searching and matching functionality which is added to the existing Pyramid for Windows applications.
