| ATLANTA - Crawford & Company's Risk Sciences Group (RSG) has released version 4.0 of its Sigma Encore^ risk management information system (RMIS) that utilizes Oracle as the relational database management system (RDBMS). RDBMS is a type of database management system that stores data in the form of related tables which allows the same database to be viewed in many different ways. flexibility and speed as well as added new system tools that will improve our efficiency
