"Database Designed to Detect Claims Fraud" February 23, 2004

Orange Park, Fla. --- Coppock Technologies Inc. has developed a Web-based database tool to detect claims fraud.

The online database, the Risk Management Index System, allows risk managers to enter information about their own claims into a database, which the system compares against claims entered by other organizations.  The system flags similar claims -- such as those involving a common claimant -- and alerts users, who can communicate with each other about the claims.
