SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -- Benefit Software Inc. has released Fringe Facts Online Benefits Monitor, a Web-based benefit communication Portal. 

For a modest per employee, per month fee, employers can integrate the system into corporate intranet systems to streamline the benefit communications process and the management of human resources functions. 

Additional system features include an employee directory, company benefit profiles, a library of forms, benefit contribution caluculators and more.

Enrollment, employee satisfaction surveys and compensation statements can be performed by the system.
